THE PRIZE

The prizes forming part of this competition are managed by The Promoter and defined in these Terms & Conditions. Those persons taking part in, or making use of, those things that form the prize as prize winners are bound by these conditions. There is 1 prize in total and therefore 1 winner.

The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

PRIZE POOL

  • 1 trip to Rome for two people including flights, hotel and UK airport transfers (up to the value of £2,000).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The competition shall be active during the period (Competition opens at 00:00 on 11/05/26, closes at 23:59 on 30/06/26.). Entries outside of these dates will not be valid.
  • Entry via enginegincompetition.com
  • The Promoter will not be liable for entries that are not received, incomplete, invalid details provided, corrupt, or delayed for any reason.
  • If there is reasonable suspicion of a fraudulent entry, the Promoter may cancel such an entry without consultation with the Entrant.
  • Winner Selection: 1 winner selected from a random prize generator
  • The number of permitted entries shall be one per person.
  • Receipt upload required upon entry as proof of purchase. Entries without legitimate proof of purchase will be disqualified.
  • Receipt must show the time and date of purchase within the Promotion Period.
  • Employees of Disaronno International UK Ltd, their subsidiaries, partners, or their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the Prize Draw, or helping to set up the Prize Draw, shall not be permitted to enter the Prize Draw.
  • Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of The Prize we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Participants must purchase a bottle of 50cl (Morrisons & Ocado) or 70cl (Sainsbury's & Tesco) Engine Gin in store and online.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the start of the competition period.
  • Participants must be within the UK
  • Entry is free but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to data charges depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access.
  • Receipt upload required upon entry as proof of purchase. Entries without legitimate proof of purchase will be disqualified.
  • Receipt must show the time and date of purchase within the Promotion Period.
  • After the Closing Date no further entries will be permitted and any such entries received following the Closing Date shall be automatically disqualified.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost due to entrant error, but will take reasonable steps to ensure the competition platform is accessible and operational.
  • Any entrant found to be using multiple accounts to enter the Prize Draw will be disqualified.
  • The winner must have a valid passport

PRIZE DETAILS & CONDITIONS

  • Both the winner and their guest must be at least 18 years old at the start of the competition period.
  • The winner will be contacted by Disaronno International UK Ltd via the email address provided with the entry within 72 hours of the competition closing on 30/06/26.
  • The Prize winner for the Rome trip may invite one other person to join them. Both the winner and their guest must be at least 18 years old at the start of the competition period.
  • The winner must provide The Promoter with the passport details of themselves and their guest within 72 hours of being notified of their win as part of prize acceptance.
  • If the Prize winner of the Rome trip does not confirm acceptance of The Prize and provide valid passport details for themselves and their +1 within 72 hours of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another winner.
  • Reasonable efforts will be made to contact each winner by Disaronno International UK. If a winner: (i) cannot be contacted within 72 hours of the Closing Date; (ii) fails to communicate their acceptance of the Prize by responding to Disaronno International UK’s communication with the details required within 72 hours; or (iii) is unable to comply with these Prize Draw T&Cs, then Disaronno International UK reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
  • It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they have a valid passport and appropriate travel insurance. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any costs associated with obtaining these documents.
  • The trip to Rome will take place on a date to be agreed upon with the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to change the dates due to unforeseen circumstances.

LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY

  • The Promoter is not liable for any damages, harm, or losses suffered by participants during the trip, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. This does not exclude liability for personal injury or death resulting from negligence.
  • In the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the competition without liability.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for missed flights, accommodation issues, or any other logistical concerns outside of the defined prize package.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for arranging or providing travel insurance in connection with this prize. Participants are solely responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance, including but not limited to cover for medical expenses, personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings, and trip cancellation or interruption.

DATA PROTECTION & PUBLICITY

  • Personal details of participants shall be used solely for managing the competition and will be deleted within six months of the competition’s conclusion, unless required for auditing or legal reasons.
  • Winners may be asked for consent to have their name and images used for promotional purposes. Refusal to give consent will not affect their eligibility to receive the prize.
  • No personal data shall be shared with third parties unless required by legal authorities.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The UK.
